Instructions and Information pertaining to the use of this contract
- This contract will commence on July 1, 2005 to December 31, 2008 (renewable)
- Employee Benefit Program extended to employees of ACL member consortia and the faculty and staff of member schools in the United States at special ACL discounts. Any such sale will be on a major credit card or purchase order subject to shipping and applicable taxes. ACL and it’s member consortia shall accept NO responsibility for ordering, receiving, payments or bad debts arising out of such staff transactions.
- Use of the contract is left to the discretion of each respective consortium. No guarantee of volume has been made to Bose.
- Warranty is 1 year on parts and labor.
