Instructions and Information pertaining to the use of this contract
- AviStar/PCAA (Parking Company America Airports) is the largest off- airport parking company in the US with 31 locations at 20 airports. PCAA also has an affiliate network that expands their coverage to over 50 airports nationwide. The network is comprised of both Valet and Self – Park and is usually substantially less than daily on-airport parking or car services. A shuttle coach takes you from your car to the terminal. PCAA offers many additional services, including Frequent Parker Programs, Express Check Out, Complimentary Beverages, Emergency Auto Service and more.
- Employee Benefit Program extended to employees of ACL member consortia and the faculty and staff of member schools in the United States, at special ACL discounted rates. Any such use will be on a major credit card. ACL and it’s member consortia shall accept NO responsibility for the use, payments or bad debts arising out of such staff transactions.
- Use of the contract is left to the discretion of each respective consortia or school. No guarantee of volume has been made to PCAA but future pricing will be predicated on volume. Schools may already have an existing Valet Parking Contract but they are encouraged to check the rates for any applicable airport on the web site: http://airportcorporateparking.com/acl ACL’s rates may very well be better than the schools contract.
- Some airports may have a FREEquent Parker Program that will provide additional benefits.
- All PCAA locations are fully lighted, fenced and staffed 24-hours per day. Many locations also feature expanded security systems like closed circuit camera monitoring for additional safety.

Additional Terms How to use the program:
- Go to the Airport Corporate Parking web site: http://airportcorporateparking.com/acl
- Choose the airport and click “go” (this will bring you to the parking company for that airport).
- Scroll down and fill in your name, email, departure date and return date.
- Click on “Book My Reservation Now” and you will be guaranteed discounted space and the rate. This should be done 48 hours in advance of departure.
- Click “Reservation”, click “Print Coupon” or “Print Maps and Directions” and you will be able to print off any of them.
- Bring the printed “Reservation” form to the Park and you will be guaranteed space and the ACL rate. Present the printed form to the cashier when you return to pay.
